SPR# YGDN9KD6N3 - Fixes issue where after configuring the files transfer policy via the server, disabling p2p and setting VPMX_THRESHOLD_INTERVAL=0 in the sametime.ini, the file size is always show as 1KB, regardless of how big the file being transferred is.
